Just a few requests before booking an appointment with Phia's 

Please provide a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we kindly request notification 24 hours in advance. Clients who fail to cancel within this time frame will be charged 50% of booked service.

For appointments that result in a no-call,-show, the full amount (100%) of the booked service will be charged to the card on file.
